No refunds will be issued. Once an item has been declared sold it is your property and responsibilty to keep up with.
All items must be paid for day of sale. 13% buyers premium and 7% sales tax will be added to total, along with an additoinal 3.29% for any credit card payments. Acceptable forms of payment will be cash, credit card, or check - must present drivers license with check payment .
All items must be removed day of sale unless arrangements have been made with Harold Hicks. Any items left behind will be considered forfieted and will be handled at the discretion of Auction co
Auction Company not liable for any injurry, damage, or loss incurred in connection with the sale
if a dispute arises between 2 or more bidders, the auctioneer will decide the dispute or resell the item.
