Elite Collectibles may refuse to accept a Bidder Registration from any potential Bidder, may refuse to grant bidding privileges to any potential Bidder, and may revoke the Bidder Registration or bidding privileges of any Bidder. If the card is RAW (ungraded), we will not give any specific details on what we think it will grade. If you do send an item to be authenticated and it's deemed not authentic we will cover the purchase price and buyers premium for that item.
