Sales Tax Exemption permit must be in registered bidder's name. Online purchases are to be paid within 24 hours following the end of the auction or by cash at pickup no later than the Wednesday following the close of the auction. NO ITEMS ARE TO BE REMOVED UNTIL PAID. The card that you registered with will be charged for your won auction items at noon on the Saturday following the auction unless we are contacted by email at mandymm@mckinneyauctions.com BEFORE the auction concludes. We will email you from mandymm@mckinneyauctions.com. Please add this email address to your contact list to ensure you receive the email. PICK UP AND REMOVAL by appointment only. Pick up will start on Sunday, January 29, 2023, from noon to 4:00 p.m. or by appointment. Items MUST be picked up by Wednesday, February 1, 2023. ITEM PICK UP & REMOVAL: All successful bids must be picked up within scheduled appointment unless other arrangements have been made. No items can be removed until McKinney Auctions has received and acknowledged payment in full. Any items not picked up by scheduled appointment (for specific auction), WILL BE FORFITTED TO THE SELLER- McKinney Auctions reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full, picked up, or shipped by the conclusion of the appointment made. Shipping available for this online sale for small items only. There will be a handling fee $5.00 plus shipping cost. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost.
