All Equipment and Furniture is Sold "As Is Where-Is". Restaurant Equipment Paradise Inc. Is Clerk of Auction and does not own the equipment. PICKUP OF WINNING BIDS MUST BE PICKED UP Jan. 18, 19, or 20th UNLESS you have made arrangements for larger items to be taken out at a later date. The building has to be cleared out by Jan 23rd. There will be a fee quoted for any pickups that are not scheduled between 18-20th.
The Buyer's Premium will be added to your invoice at 18%, unless you are paying with a cashiers check or cash.
