Terms: All items are AS-IS with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. All sales are final! Wisconsin Sales tax of 5.5% charged to all Wisconsin bidders (unless a resellers permit is presented). Winning bids will be charged a 10% buyers premium added to the bid. We accept cash, check, or credit card. Credit Cards will be charged an additional 3.5% fee for processing. For any total purchases exceeding $2000.00, we request payment via cashier's check or cash. Pick up can be arranged for up to one week after the auction. Call 715.339.2097. All items must be paid in full before removal. Items being shipped: We use UPS and USPS for shipping. If you are having the item shipped you will be charged for shipping the item with the cost of shipping plus a $3 packaging fee for the first item and a $1 fee for each additional item above the cost of packaging material. If the item is large or needs additional handling (such as the large photographs), an additional handling fee will be charged. We do ship in-house for almost all items. We will also work with your third party shipper or pick up agent (within reason). If you have a declined credit card, we will charge a $20 chase fee, unless you contact us with another form of payment within 24 hours (of decline) on business days.

Two Auction pickup dates: The auction pickup is on Tuesday, January 10th from 10am to 6:00pm. There are limited Monday pickups (ONLY FOR THOSE THAT SIGN UP FOR LIMITED TIME SLOTS), January 9th from 3pm to 4:30pm at W8063 Division St. Park Falls, WI 54552. 

Successful bidders will receive an email or text from Shipping Saint to schedule a pickup time.  

NOTE: George and Jan have passed away. The family has sold the house and is preparing it for transfer. They had lived in the house since 1965. George liked building and Jan was a quilter and did upholstery work. Most items are very well kept.
