buyers premium 18% and sales tax will be applied to every purchase, if you are tax exempt please send us a copy of your cdertificate 1 day prior to auctions closing.
1. No refunds on items marked "USED" or "OPEN BOX"
2. after the auction closes you card on file will be charged, 8-9 PM. if you are wanting to pay cash, or with different card, please contact us 1 day prior to auction closing.if you are "Tax Exempt", please email us a copy of certificate 1 day prior to auction closing.
3. Any items not paid for by following day after the auction closes will be forfeited and relisted in the next auction, we will not hold items with out payment. to avoid loosing your item(s) please contact rachel the following day after auction closes. if you are wanting to pay cash or with different card, you may do so before 5 pm the day after the auction closes.
4.Monday though Friday we are open 9AM-5PM, we will not be using the scheduler anymore, you may come any time during our open hours.
5. we can hold items up to 7 days max, with communication! please contact us if you would like to combine your orders and pick up in one day (limitied space), after the 7th day, items will be forfeited and relisted in next auction, WE DO NOT HOLD ITEMS WITHOUT PAYMENT!
6. Auction previews are always welcome! please contact us and schedule a preview. are you unsure about an item, wrong picture in the lot? or need more info, please contact us by phone or email.
