By registering in our auction you agree to the following Terms & Conditions -ALL bids are considered a binding offer to purchase and subject to collection action. -All purchases are due and payable at the end of the sale. -Payment MUST be made on Thursday 9:30am-4pm following auction. -Payment may be made by phone at 559-816-4729 or in person at Hanford Auction House. -We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Cash, or Approved Check. -No items are to be removed without proof of payment. -All items are sold "as is" and bidders are advised to examine photos carefully prior to bidding. -All successful bids are subject to a buyer's premium of 15% with 3% discount for cash -Any items left in units on Sunday following the auction will be considered abandoned & disposed of. -You agree to pay a cleanout fee of $75 plus disposal costs for any unit not cleared out before Sunday following the auction. -There is NO on-site disposal at storage facilities. -Storage unit winners MUST contact us for payment on Thusday following the auction. - Invoices that remain unpaid are subject to a $50 Late Payment fee & Cleanout fee of $75 + costs -After 30 days, any unpaid invoices with fees will be forwarded to Kings Credit Services for collection. -Any misunderstandings or disputes in the bidding will be settled by the auctioneer or authorized agent. -All sales are subject to California state sales tax unless the buyer has a resale number on file prior to purchase. -Buyers are expected to remove all purchased property by Saturday 4pm following the auction day. -Buyers purchasing with a business or personal check must have prior approval from auction management. -Pre-Approved checks are considered cash and discount of 3% applies. -The auctioneer, or Hanford Auction House disclaims liability for any injury or damage to any person or property resulting from any cause whatsoever occurring in or about the sale area or premises. -Hanford Auction House auctions reserves the right to add, change or remove lots, minimum bid and reserve amounts at the auctioneer's discretion without any prior notice to consignors, buyers and or bidders. Lemoore Master Storage 365 This is an online storage auction to satisfy liens. The lien may be paid up until the auction closes and payment is made, so some units may be removed from auction. You are bidding on the entire contents of the unit, although motor vehicles will NOT be included in this auction as the rules for vehicles differs from storage units. If there is a DMV titled vehicle in the unit it is NOT part of this sale. Units MUST be cleared out by the end of the day on Saturday following the auction. Read the Terms & Conditions completely. By registering, you agree to pay additional fees if the unit is not completely cleared out. There is no guarantee that any item in the unit is functional or complete.
