Also included are 2 buildings that contain Tools, Office, Equipment, Karoake Machine / Sound System, Fork Lift, Lawn & Garden Equipment, * Auction Method: Online * Bidding Period: Now thru _______Monday Nov 28_(Soft Close) Starts closing at 7pm CST * Pickup: day after auction close ___Tuesday Nov 29 From 10-4PM If paid timely on this day we can arrange pickups by "appointment only" after the 29th 30th & Dec 1 but all items must be paid for 11/29. * Preview: Online & In Person _____Monday Nov 28_______ 10-2 * Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount on the BP for Cash * Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. Any bid within the last 3 minutes of a lot to close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. * Payment Terms: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 3pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file or a hold placed on the card. Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for all amounts over $500. All Vehicles are CASH - WIRE - CASHIER'S CHECK ONLY. There is a $35 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason. * Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment. Please bring your own boxes and packing material. * Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents.
