Non-paying bidders will be added to the No Bid list and will not be able to bid on anything else with Somewhere In Time Antiques and Auction House. A non-payment fee will be added to your bill for Legal & Processing fees. A minimum of $1000.00 will be applied. We turn all non-payment bidders over to our collection agency and we will prosecute to the full extent of the law. Please do not bid if you can't or do not intent to pay for the items you win. For all chargebacks you will be chaged a fee of $1000.00 plus any legal or processing fees that might occur. TERMS OF THE SALE All sales of items are sold AS IS and All SALES ARE FINAL. No guarantees, expressed or inplied is given on any item. The auctioneer if not responsible for the condition of the items sold. Handling charges are as following: 1. up to 5 lbs is $5.00 2. 5 lbs to 20 lbs is $10.00 3. 20 lbs to 50 lbs will be $20.00 4. 50 lbs and up We will call you 5. Box lots are $10 each plus shipping Most items will be package by us. Some items that are ususually shapped or require speccial packaging will be taken to a 3rd party shipper. Items that are packaged thru us will be shipped with in 3 to 5 business days after payment and shipping charges have been processed, All items that have to be shipped by a 3rd party shipper will be mailed within 7 to 14 days after payment and shipping charges have been processed. If items are left after 1 week after the pick up dates the items become the propery of the auction house. These items will be sold at a later date. No refunds will be given on these items. In the event that the auction is held at a onsite auction there witll be an addition pick up provisions. There will be only 1 or 2 days for pick up at these auctions. If you can not pick up your items you can contact us to see it we can move your items to our auction house location. There will be a charge to the bidder if we move your items our auction house location. Charges will be added to your invoice. The charge to bring back your items to the auction house will be $10.00 per lot. NON-PAYMENT/ABANDONED POLICY All items that are unpaid or unclimed will be considered abandoned property will become the property of Somewhere In Time Antiques and Auction House. Unpaid items are items that were won at auction but not paid for. Unclaimed items are items that have been paid for but not picked up after 7 days and items that have been paid but the shipping has nevered be paid. COINS The auctioneer is not respnsible for the condition of the items sold. Coins are not graded by the auctioneer. The auctioneer is NOT a coin grader. Please use you own judgement to the condition and grade off any items. It is very likely alll raw coins have been graded or condition Including cleaned or parshly cleaned coins. all coins we sell are sold as is without guarantee or warrantly of any kind. The only grading companys that guaranetee their grade is PCGS and NGC. It is the sole responsiblity of the bidder to due the research on the coins that they want to bid on. All coins are sold on consignment bases.
