Take US Rt. 250 south from Moundsville. Go through the village of Pleasant Valley and turn left onto Irish Ridge Road. Go approximately 4 miles to the auction location.
This auction is from the Lonnie R. Pethtel Estate with items from the home, garage, and storage building. This will be the final auction for this estate.
This is small listing for a large auction with quality items that are being offered. This is a good auction to follow.
Online Bidding is now available for this auction. Bidding will close at 6:00 pm on Sunday, November 13th.
Auction will start to soft close with Lot 1 at 6:00 pm, and a lot will close every 15 seconds unless there is bidding activity on that Lot.
Preview will be Monday, November 7th from 3:00 pm until 5:00 pm. Pick-up will be One Day Only: Monday, November 14th from 9:00 am – 12:00 noon. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED ON THIS DAY!
