Auction Terms & Conditions This auction starts closing Sunday Nov 6th at 8 PM. The payment deadline will be 4pm Tuesday November 8th and pickup will be Monday Nov 7th , Tuesday Nov 8th and Wednesday Nov 9th from 9 to 4 This is a hard deadline. PICKUP DEADLINE 4 PM Wednesday NOV 9th NO EXCEPTIONS We will be sending out online pay links Monday so you can pay via credit card. Or cash at pickup or zelle for cash discount or wire transfer There will be no pickups after 4pm on Wednesday NOV 9th Cash or credit card ONLY. Any invoice over 7500.00 will need to be paid by wire transfer or cash 15% Buyers Premium 3% Discount for Cash Buyers NO SHIPPING OFFERED ON THIS ONSITE AUCTION but we will assist anyway we can All items are sold as is where is. No warranty expressed or implied. All items are sold as is where is with no warranty expressed or implied. A 15% buyers premium is charged with a 3% buyers premium discount if paying cash ( 12% cash buyers premium) Auctionetx and its consignors reserve the right to remove any and all items from a sale at any time, bid on behalf of the seller to assist in meeting the reserve and extend the closing date if needed. If you pay with a credit online after the sale and you want to send someone to pickup your items on your behalf, please send us an email stating your registered bidders first and last name and the full name of the party pickup up on your behalf Bidder agrees to hold Auctionetx harmless for the failure to execute a bid for any reason on behalf of any participants due to internet outages, software issues, computer crashes or any other issue. Items not picked up by Wednesday Nov 9th at 4 PM will revert back to seller and no refunds will be owed or due to buyer. ITEMS BEING SHIPPED . Buyer chooses the option of having items shipped at their own risk and Auctionetx will be held harmless in the event of any loss, or delay or damage from shipments with carriers.
