                                    The Auction will start to close at 7:00 PM CDT, Friday Evening, July 26^th.

                                    The Auction closes at the rate of Three Items Ending Per Minute.

                                     Any item that receives a Bid in the last minute will be extended for one more minute until no further bids are received.

Payment:                  You will be charged a 10% Buyers Premium on each item you purchase.

                                    If you are the winning bidder on an item for $100, you will be charged $100 + $10 (10%) Keep that in mind when bidding.

                                    The 10% Buyers premium pays the expense of online internet bidding provider – you can bid in the comfort of your home, no standing in line, no waiting for hours to bid on the item you are interested in! Allows you to participate in the Auction without altering your schedule!

                                    Your card will be charged at the conclusion of the Auction unless you notify us that you will pay with cash when you pick up your merchandise at the Auction site.  If you bring Cash, you can save the 3% credit/debit card fee!

PICKUP                     Load Out shall be from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Sunday, July 28^th ONLY!  If you will be unable to pick up your purchases during that time – DO NOT BID!

PURCHASES:         THIS IS THE ONLY TIMES FOR LOADOUT! 
JBRauctions does not provide loading assistance. BRING HELP IF YOU NEED IT! Bring whatever boxes, packing material, furniture pads, tools, dollies or anything else you may need.
