FFL Dealer charges a $25 fee to transfer guns. When the gun is paid in full it will be taken to the FFL Dealer to transfer it into your name. All permits must be taken to the dealer for the transfer. They can also ship out of state to another FFL Dealer if you are out of state, additional fees to apply. * Village Square Auctions is now shipping in-house. Your items will be packaged and weighed for shipping. Your shipping & handling costs will then be added to your invoice and automatically charged to your HIBID card on file. If you need to pay with a different card please notify us and we can email you a shipping invoice.
