A PUBLIC AUCTION OF IMPOUNDED VEHICLES Will be held on Monday, 11/7/2022 at 10:00 am at the Vehicle Storage Facility located at 1300 Market Ave SW. For further assistance call (616) 456-4665. VEHICLES TO BE OFFERED ARE LISTED BELOW AND A MINIMUM BID OF $200 WITH A 10% BUYER’S PREMIUM IS REQUIRED. ALL SALES FINAL ALL VEHICLES AS SOLD AS IS. NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE. For individuals with disabilities, please call 616-456-4665 prior to the auction for assistance. Not all vehicles may be available.
These vehicles may be inspected beginning at 9:00 a.m. Sale Day Only. The sale begins at 10:00 a.m. All vehicles will be sold "AS-IS" with no warranty neither expressed nor implied. Full payment in cash or check shall be made at the time of the sale, otherwise the sale may be forfeited and revert back to the City. Vehicles shall be removed from the lot immediately after the sale until 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday following the sale from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. A Storage fee of $34 per day will be charged on all vehicles left in the sale lot after 5:00 p.m. Wednesday. |
