  • Purchasers of semi-auto rifles must provide proof that they have completed a recognized firearm safety training program within the last five years.This is a state requirement due to I-639. There are courses online you can take for free, search for "Washington state I-639 safety course"
  • Buyer must be 21 to purchase a handgun or semi-auto rifle.
  • Only the bidder will be allowed to pick up the gun and must show Washington ID.
  • Military, show ID and copy of orders to Washington State.
  • ALL GUNS, including "antique*" and black powder must be transferred.
  • WARNING: YOU MAY FACE CRIMINAL PROSECUTION IF YOU STORE OR LEAVE AN UNSECURED FIREARM WHERE A PERSON WHO IS PROHIBITED FROM POSSESSING FIREARMS CAN AND DOES OBTAIN POSSESSION
