All Equipment and Furniture is Sold "As Is Where-Is". Restaurant Equipment Paradise Inc. Is Clerk of Auction All Descriptions will mention if disconnection is necessary for that particuar item. Most items will be discconnected in regards to plumbing/electrical/gas, except WALKIN BOXES -- WOOD STONE OVEN and Other Equipment Mentioned *( Only Licensed People will be Allowed on the Premise to Take Mechanicals Down). For Any Counters, you will need a carpenter to cut and remove. They will have all mechanicals discconnected, but you will need tools to take off the wall or move on a dolly to the loading dock.
There will be No Preview Day. However, we will text you extra pictures, extra video clips, and extra measurements and spec sheets/drawings if applicable . We will accommodate all your questions: Text Jen Swerdlick 860-280-8610 24/7 and call Ken Pesce 203-903-6232 for more information about disconnections. There is absolutely no guarantees. This Cafeteria was shut down in March of 2020. All Equipment was working and has been sitting idle. The equipment was in use 45 working hours x 9 years. All equipment has maintained with pristine care and maintenance. All equipment and smallwares are clean. Furniture is in mint condition with average use. Counters are the highest grade of materials. All commercial brands are top. All furniture is made with the best materials.
You will be needing a Dolly for any Stainless Tables or Ovens / Refrigeration. They are located in the Kitchen or Dining Hall and will be easily moved with a dolly to the LOADING DOCK.

This Cafeteria was built in 2011 and closed March 2020. It operated Weekdays 7-4. The Equipment and Furnishings had low use and all equipment is clean and well maintained. You will be provided all necessary information: Model & Serial Numbers, Specs and or Measurements. Restaurant Equipment Paradise has inspected the Cafeteria and Dining Areas plus Dishwash Area as well as Storage Areas. We believe all equipment to be operational. However, we will not guarantee any equipment nor furniture. We will answer questions, send extra pictures or schedule a Private Facetime Inspection, but we will not be testing and using the equipment. All Shelving units are high gauge materials. Many shelving units are Metro Max, which is top in the Industry-read descriptions and ask questions. All Stainless is very heavy gauge. All Dining Tables, Chairs, and Bar Stools are in good condition. If there is a defect in a few pieces, we will note in description. The Walkin Will Not Be Disassembled -- You wil need a Contractor - we have drawings to send you via pdf. The Hoods will be taken off the Roofs and Proper Descriptions will be Outlined whereas you will pick up.
