Guns must be picked up in person unless arrangements have been made to send the gun to an FFL holder in your area. We will not ship ammunition! We have a 17.5% buyer's premium (15% if paid with cash, wire transfer, or direct deposit). The buyer and the seller help pay auction costs. No one is excluded from the buyer's premium. All items shipped via USPS flat rate priority mail, unles items are to large to fit in those boxes. We make every attempt to get you the lowest shipping cost available. Contrary to current belief, Alaska flat rate is the same as the entire US. All sales are final. All goods are sold as is, where is. The auctioneer's decision is absolute & final in any disputes. The bidder is responsible for payment in full for all items bid. There are no expressed or implied warranties on any item unless specifically stated during the auction or in the catalog. There is no warranty of merchantability or fitness for any purpose. Appliances (if stated during the auction) are guaranteed for 48 hours. Use of any items, is at buyer's own risk. If items are not picked up on days that are set for check out, or able to ship due to credit card declining, there will be a $20 per day storage fee until the items are paid and picked up/sent.
