Neither the company providing the software or Shirey Farms Auction Services shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. Email notifications may be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by Shirey Farms Auction Services. 17) Buyer assumes responsibility and risk of loss or damage at the time the item is declared sold. **UPDATED 9/26** This desirable collection belongs to Jim Haines who was a photographer for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway from 1967-2018. Following is how Jim came to have these NIB cars. "Frank Dalton came in to discuss making a model. My boss hooked me up with him to take photos of the cars for him to use because I worked in the archieves where we had over 5 million images on file. He wanted all the details and decals to be exactly as they were on race day. His 1st model was 1961 winner AJ Foyt. From that 1st connection we became friends, and I supplied the photos for the cars from then on. He then gifted me 1 of every car he made."
