The family has contracted Walt Cade Auctions to liquidate his many household items and collectables which includes items from his wife who was quite the artist, garnering many great works. His wife loved to paint, loved puzzles, Sewing, Scrapbooking, * Auction Method: Online * Bidding Period: Now thru _______Monday Sep 12___(Soft Close) Starts closing at 7pm CST * Pickup: day after auction close___Tuesday Sep 13____10-4PM * Preview: Online & In Person _____Monday Sep 12_______ 10-2. Notification and details for preview will go out in email night before preview to all registered bidders. * Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount on the BP for Cash * Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. Any bid within the last 3 minutes of a lot to close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes. * Payment Terms: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 3pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file or a hold placed on the card. Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for all amounts over $500. All Vehicles are CASH - WIRE - CASHIER'S CHECK ONLY. * There is a $35 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for ANY reason. * Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment. Please bring your own boxes and packing material. * LOADOUT NOTICE: Loading will be tight and congested and we are advising there may be wait times. Please be patient on pickup days. * Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us. * Vehicles: All vehicles, Titled or Otherwise are SOLD AS IS WHERE IS, without any warranty. You should be prepared to make your own arrangments for removal. We are unable to assist loading during your removal. All safety procedures during removal must be followed. Auctioneer reserves the right to halt any removal should he deem dangerous. * Vehicle Conditions: All bidders bidding on vehicles are urged preview these vehicles, it is in our opinion that all of the vehicles are "Project Vehicles" and NOT driveable in their current condition and should be hauled from the location. Vehicles are AS IS - WHERE IS. * Titles: Auctioneer holds proper title work for each vehicle ONLY as noted on each lot and will be distributed at checkout.
