You must provide a complete and accurate profile at the time of registration. Auction House 360 may refuse to accept the registration of any buyer for any reason. Auction Lots: Auction House 360 shall not be responsible for the authenticity or defect in any lot(s). All items are being sold AS IS WHERE IS. There are no warranties or guarantees on any items sold. Occasionally Auction House 360 may have to remove an item after bidding begins. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The descriptions and photos should not be considered a warranty or guarantee either expressed or implied. All measurements are approximations. Minimum prices are placed on most items. Payment: After the auction ends you will receive a settlement statement from Auction House 360. Your credit card on file will be charged for the total amount due.
