IMPORTANT AUCTIONEER'S NOTE: On June 30th, these lots were offered at auction. A single registered bidder was the successful high bidder on all three lots. All three contracts were accepted, but the high bidder defaulted. Prior to bidding, please make sure you have the capacity to close.
