All items sold "as is where is" without warranty expressed or implied.
All purchases must be paid for within 48 hours of the close of the sale and prior to removal of items from the premises; unless winning with an absentee bid. We will contact all bid winners within 24 hours.
Method of payment: cash, local check, cashier's check, wire transfer ($15 fee) or Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover.
A 13% Buyer's Premium will be added to all winning bids, paid at checkout. There is a 3% discount for cash.
Sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale certificate is completed and on file with us.
All bidders must be registered to bid and issued a bidder's number. Your bid is a contract under State law, signifying your intent to pay for all winning bids.
