Once the auction closes, you will receive an invoice of your winning bids including buyers premium and sales tax, sent to the e-mail address you provided during registration. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted as form of payment with valid picture ID when you pick up your items. All items will be picked up at 1742 W US Highway 90, Madison, Florida. All bidders purchasing items attached to the home are responsible for disassembly and removal of the items. BRING HELP to move, pack, and load your purchases as man power to move your items may not be available. Two pick up days will be available after the auction and listed in the auction details. If you are unable to attend either of the two pick up days, please contact us and schedule a time. Items purchased which require disassembly will require an appointment for removal for safety of other buyers. If the buyer and Hickory Hill Auctions are unable to work out a pick up time, all storage fees will be the responsability of the buyer.
