REGISTRATION
To bid you will need to register and create a user name and password.
Returning bidders will need to ensure all information is up to date.
PAYMENT
Winning bidders will recieve an invoice through Square. It is encouraged to pay online before arriving to help expedite pickup. Cash and card will be accepted at time of pickup. Please bring the exact amount due as there is no guarantee that change will be available. BUYER AGREES TO NOT ATTEMPT A CHARGE-BACK FOR ANY ONLINE PAYMENTS OR FOR CARD PURCHASES MADE AT PICKUP.
BUYER'S PREMIUM
A 10% buyer's fee will be added to your invoice total. (Example: If the total for all items purchased is $100.00, the Buyer's Premium applied will be $10.00. Your total invoice is $110.00)
ACCURACY
Every effort has been made to provide the proper details, information, descriptions and pictures for each lot. However, accuracy can not be guaranteed. Each bidder is encouraged to fully inspect the items before bidding.
WARRANTY
No items come with any warranty or return options.
All items are sold as-is, where-is, without warranty expressed or implied.

Occassionally lots may need to be added, combined, or removed without notice.
SOFT CLOSING
Our online auctions are designed to give everyone the opportunity to participate and bid. At the designated time the auction is set to begin closing, each lot closes in sequential order. If a bid is placed on a lot within one minute of its closing time, the lot will remain open for an additional minute.
SUCCESSFUL HIGH BIDDER
If you are the successful high bidder, you are responsible to pay for the lot(s) that you have won at the price of your final bid, plus the buyer's premium. Failure to pay for your purchase will result in a permanent ban from future auctions.
PICKUP/REMOVAL
Buyer is responsible for pick up and removal of all items won. Auction company will not be available to wrap, pack or load any items. Please bring all necessary supplies, equipment & people needed for you take your items.
