A 10% Buyer Premium will be added to the last final and highest bid and made a part of the total purchase price. Taxes: All sales are subject to Virginia Sales Tax. Warranties: Property is being sold in “AS, IS, WHERE IS” condition with no warranties All bidding will begin to close at a specified time. There is an auto-extend feature, which means that any bid placed in the one (1) minutes of an auction will automatically extend the bidding for one (1) minute from the time the bid was placed. The auto-extend feature will continue until there is a one (1) minute “quiet” period in which no new bids have been received; at this time the auction will close. This is to prevent anyone from sniping other bidders at the end of the auction, affording all bidders an opportunity to bid. By placing a bid, this creates a contractual agreement to purchase the property at the high bid price plus any additional fees. We are selling the contents and architectural salvage from the former Ruby Tuesday Restaurant at 3250 Electric Road in Roanoke, VA. Online Bidding wil end on June 28 at 7PM. Pickup will be on June 29 and 30 by appointment. Power will be disconnected on June 30. Any structural components may be removed then. INFO INFORMATION We are selling the contents and architectural salvage and remaining contents of the former Ruby Tuesday at 3250 Electric Road in Roanoke, Virginia. Online bidding will end at 7PM Eastern on Tuesday June 28, 2022. Pickup will be on Wednesday June 29 and Thursday June 30 from 9 AM until 4PM by appointment. All sales are subject to 10% buyer's premium. Credit/debit cards accepted with 3% processing fee. Cash and certified checks accepted, no personal checks.
