All sales are final with all items being sold "As Is Where Is" with no warranty written or implied. All descriptions believed accurate but not waranteed. No refunds or exchanges. Please read the item description thoroughly, exam all pictures and attend our item previews before placing a bid. By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that you have chosen not to personally examine item. Bidding enters you into a legal binding agreement. Nonpayment of an item is not an option. Hickory Hill Auctions reserve the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. In person preview will be held on SATURDAY MAY 14th from 1:00pm until 3:00pm during the online auction. All items can be viewed at the Madison Super Storage facility at 298 Martin Luther King Jr Drive in Madison, Florida. Look for the two open roll up doors directly behind the main storage unit sign.
There is a 10% buyers premium on all purchases, which is taxable. If you have a resale tax certificate for the year 2022, please present this to Hickory Hill Auctions and we will not charge you tax. Once the auction closes, you will receive an invoice of your winning bids including buyers premium and sales tax, sent to the e-mail address you provided during registration. Cash, check, and credit cards are accepted as form of payment with valid picture ID when you pick up your items. All items will be picked up at the Madison Super Storage facility at 298 Martin Luther King Jr Drive in Madison, Florida. Look for the two open roll up doors directly behind the main storage unit sign.
BRING HELP to move, pack, and load your purchases as man power to move your items may not be available. Two pick up days will be available after the auction and listed in the auction details. If you are unable to attend either of the two pick up days, please contact us and schedule a time. If the buyer and Hickory Hill Auctions are unable to work out a pick up time, all storage fees will be the responsability of the buyer.
