This local couple has built quite a nice homestead out here in the country! The house is up for auction, online, with Mark Sudduth.  It closes on 4/14/22 so act quickly if you want to bid on the home! The contents are what we are here to show you now. He restored Datsun’s and Geo’s in particular. This auction has a lot of parts as well as some cars. Look for the aluminum boat, motor and the 1948 Plymouth Coupe! She had some collections and some antiques that won’t fit in their new home. Look for the 1940’s Dollhouse, the secretary desk, and the mink coats! You really wouldn’t believe how clean, organized and what great shape everything is in! From furniture to collections to the supplies and tools, you can count on it being clean and ready to operate! We have taken time to organize the lots with like items, for instance fencing items together, plumbing, electrical and more  All to increase the value you will realize from bidding and winning on this auction!

LOCAL PICKUP ONLY
The home is being sold and we need to be out as soon as possible, PERIOD, The End.  Any unpaid items that are not picked up will be forfeited.  If you can’t make pickup, you should initiate a phone call so we can arrange pickup. Pay us over the phone and we might try to help you with an alternate plan. Delivery and special accommodations may incur a fee……so plan to make your pickup!

BRING HELP. My folks will be there to direct you to your items but your kids, your spouse, your neighbors need to help. There are many heavy items, DO NOT RELY ON US. Bring your 2-wheeler, your trailer, your wheelbarrow/carts, whatever you need.  If you bought a car or boat, be ready to winch it on trailer yourself. Some will not have inflated tires. We will have the vehicles located for ease of pickup.  Rain Date might be needed if it rains heavily.
