All potential buyers must register online prior to auction. Please allow appropriate time for approval. This is a timed online auction. Bids placed within the last 4 minutes of the auction will extend the auction an additional 4 minutes. Bid extensions continue and entire auction does not end until there are no bids for 4 minutes on any and all of the 3 parcels.
This property is available for immediate procession at closing as there are no contracts in place for the 2022 growing season.
This is an Online Only timed auction. This is considered a cash sale with no contingencies. The sale/purchase of this property is not contingent upon financing. Potential buyers must secure any required financing prior to bidding. Successful bidders will be required to sign a standard purchase agreement upon winning bid notification. A deposit of 10% will be required within 48 hours of the completion of the auction. Purchasers who are unable to complete the transaction will be in default and the deposit money will be forfeited.
This property will transfer at closing by warranty deed. The seller at their expense shall provide up to date abstract to purchaser. Purchasers who wish to have a title opinion completed will be at purchasers’ expense. Actual closing cost shall be split as customary between buyer & seller.
