All items are sold "as is" without warranty or guaranty of any kind whatsoever. It is highly recommended that potential bidders should examine the items carefully before placing a bid. These items do have faults. It is the responsibility of the buyer to examine these items close before making a bid. There is a 10% Buyer's Premium on all items. Payment must be made immediately following the auction. We will attempt to charge the credit card on file immediately after the auction closes or the buyer can pay by bank wire if we are notified in advance. Buyer must pick up the items from their current locations, which are specified in the lot descriptions, within 48 hours after the auction closes. However no items shall be removed until the items are fully paid for.

We have been commissioned by the United States Bankruptcy Court to auction off certain assets of Hugh Jones Kykes, Jr. and Colleen Colter Dykes after they have filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy (Case No. 19-20115). Currently there are two assets, a sailboat and a trailer that are to be sold via an online only auction that will begin to end on July 18, 2019 at 7pm CST.
