Selling will be a 250,000 bird layer facility consisting of 2-main high-rise buildings along with the packer/office area and cooler. This is an operating facility. It is selling turnkey with buyers having the option to purchase the birds separately. ACG would welcome the opportunity to continue supplying feed for the new owners as well as a future manure management contract. Both buildings were cleaned the middle of March.
