There is a 10% Buyer's Premium added to all winning bids. The auction will begin to close at 2pm on Monday, July 1, 2019. The auction will be extended for approximately two minutes each time a last minute bid is placed giving the other bidders an opportunity to increase their bids, thus creating a live auction. A deposit of $20,000 is due immediately after the auction closes in the form of a bank wire, cash, or certified funds. Balance is due at closing, not to exceed 30 days from the date of the auction. Property taxes will be prorated for the year 2019. Seller guarantees an insurable title at the time of closing. However there are no warranties or guarantees of any kind on the property itself.
