Payment will be taken via online payment or at pickup on 03/06/2022 Payment must be made within 48 hours after the auction closing and prior to removing your items at the load-out/pickup. If payment is not received within 48 hours of the auction closing (03/04/2022) your items will be forfeited and your card on file will be charged for your whole outstanding invoice amount. WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING PERSONAL CHECKS FOR ANY REASON STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00pm EST at the rate of 2 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 3 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of the lot closing. LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at the specified location on their invoice. Any items left after the specified load out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pick up arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all items. Please bring your own packing materials, moving equipment, manpower and tools. It is the responsibility of the buyer to determine the condition of the items and bid accordingly. CAUTION: For demonstration purposes various equipment may be joined. Do not assume a lot consists of more than one item simply because they are connected or pictured together. Please inspect the lot numbers and read the descriptions. CATALOG DISCREPANCIES: You are bidding on the described item not the photograph, occasionally the wrong photo may be displayed, or the image may not always accurately represent the color of an item, always read the item description. CHOOSE WISELY: We want everyone to get a good deal and most will. However, when you bid on the wrong item or decide an item is not suited for your intended use, our clients are not willing to assume the cost of your mistakes. Auction will close with staggered closing times, if a lot receives a bid in the last 3 minutes of the lot closing an additional 3 minutes will be added to give other bidders time to get their bids in.
