All State and FFL rules apply for firearm and ammunition sales - we accept all major credit cards for our online auctions. We must have your FFL information before we can ship any firearm to you. Pickup is available, however, no handguns can be picked up from out-of-state buyers.

If you register and obtain a bidding number you agree to ALL of the terms of the auction (located on the bidding page). You pay for shipping if not picking up. Credit Cards: We ONLY receive the credit card information from the card you used to register for this auction! You may have multiple cards on file but Proxibid ONLY sends us the information from the card you registered with. NC & Georgia Bidders: Per NC & GA DOR we must charge you sales tax on all purchases. Unlike some of the smaller auction companies that do not ship into NC or GA that often, we have crossed the 200-lot / $200K threshold and must charge tax on all shipments per South Dakota vs Wayfair Supreme Court decision. Bidders - Please make sure all of your contact information and credit card information is up to date PRIOR to participating in any of our auctions. All items are sold as is, where is. A $30 charge will be added to all declined credit cards. Pick up Local buyers may pick up your purchases at our Gallery 315 location. Pick up is Thursday 1pm-4pm and Friday 9am-12 noon after the conclusion of the auction. 4473 forms and background checks are required for gun purchases. If you are denied on a background check, your firearm(s) will be auctioned off at a later date and sold to the highest bidder. A check will be issued minus a 15% commission fee. Shipping - All out of state purchases will be shipped unless you notify us at the end of the auction that you will be picking up. Please KNOW your state laws regarding shipments and ownership of firearms. Shipping cost is based on weight, dimensions, zip code, ORM service (for live ammunition) and if signature is required. To showcase this historic milestone, this Henry Big Boy rifle is etched with the Eagle Scout Award Medal and selectively nickel plated on the right side of the receiver with an American style scroll pattern bracketing the medal and the banner with the words “THIS I PLEDGE MY SACRED HONOR”. These words are the closing line of the pledge that is recited to every Eagle Scout at his Eagle Court of Honor as a reminder of what has been achieved and what is promised. A black fill is baked into the side of the brass receiver to highlight the medal, scroll, banner and text. This special Henry Big Boy Eagle Scout Centennial Rifle is a symbol of American Pride, a reminder of youthful success, and a commitment in adulthood to the ideals of the Scout Oath and Scout Law. Serial #100ES2227. To showcase this historic milestone, this Henry Big Boy rifle is etched with the Eagle Scout Award Medal and selectively nickel plated on the right side of the receiver with an American style scroll pattern bracketing the medal and the banner with the words “THIS I PLEDGE MY SACRED HONOR”.
