All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. On all listings we are going by what we were told by the estate/vendor or through our best knowledge. We try our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything. Yes, We want you to come down and look at the items. Usually open weekdays 10-4 but call to make sure I'm there (503-756-5637).
Lots close at 12 second intervals beginning at 6:30PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots).
Your Bid is a Contract: Please bid only if you will honor any purchases that you make. We do report non-paying bidders to the National Database to exclude them from further online auction bidding.
Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment MUST be paid within 48 hours after the auction. If you are paying other than on-line, please contact us prior. We take credit cards and cash at pickup and cards over the phone.
Pick Up Terms: All items MUST be picked up Friday & Saturday after the auction. Later pickups only by prior apporved appointment.
MAILING RULES:
Yes, we can mail some items and try to keep costs low. We are not set up for shipping larger items (nothing over 24"). If you need shipping, pay for your items within 24 hours of the ending of the auction, then wait for us to send you a special invoice with shipping charges (usually takes a couple days). We do not ship large boxes. If you win several lots that make up a larger amount, it may come in several boxes. We will no mix heavy items with breakables.
Make sure your address is correct and up to date.
We charge the standard costs through either USPS or UPS. But we add an additional service charge: $5 if the items fit in a flat-rate Priority box or is a small item fitting in a like sized box. Other sizes are charged a $10 service charge for the first lot and an additional $2 per lot minimum.

Plugged it in and it is working. Not sure of accuracy. 6 Washington Watch Co Pocket Watch w Chain Works Wound it and it is working. Not sure accuracy, etc. 7 Vintage 1950s American Character Sweet Sue Doll Signed "Amer. Char. Doll" on the back of the neck for American Character Dolls. 18" tall. Made in 1951-1961, this was one of the Sweet Sue doll line. Hard plastic, with bendable knees, and sleepy eyes. Some damage to the eyes and hair/hairline. 8 Pair of Blown Glass Oil Lamps Signed w Chimneys Both are signed on the bottom- one is signed by John Scott, and the matching lamp is signed by Steven Maslach. Very gorgeous pieces with hand blown bases made with iridescent glass. Both have chimneys and wicks. No Shipping. 9 Vintage Stetson Men's Bowler Hat w Box Hat is older. No size that we could find, probably around 6.5. 10 Antique Russian Imperial Silver Cigarette Case Has several hallmark symbols inside- one is for 84 Zolotnik (87.5% silver), and one is for the Moscow silversmith Itska Lozinsky. Most likely from right around 1908. 11 Antique Watrous Sterling w Gold Cigarette Case Marked inside "W Sterling 14K gold inlaid 1080". The W stands for Walrous. The door knocker looks like it might be a reproduction.
