The only way to load out is from a true dock height loading dock ( about 54" high ) there is a floating dock plate to accommodate slight variances in vehicle heights but EVERYTHING WILL BE LOADED FROM THE DOCK AND HAS TO GO OUT AT DOCK HEIGHT. THERE WILL BE ASSISTANCE WITH LOADING DOCK HEIGHT VEHICLES. THERE IS A PEDESTRIAN DOOR WITH STAIRS NEXT TO THE DOCK, BUT ZERO ASSISTANCE WILL BE AVAILABLE TO HELP YOU GET THIS MERCHANDISE OUT, YOU WILL HAVE TO GET IT DOWN THE STAIRS AND OUT TO YOUR VEHICLE WITHOUT ANY ASSISTANCE WHATSOEVER.
