Buyers Premium and Sales Tax: The Buyer's Premium of 10% with a 3% card convenience fee will be added to each successful bid. 6% WV Sales tax will be charged on all items except vehicles unless the buyer provides a valid sales tax exemption form before check out.
Payment: Cash, Credit Card or Good Check with Valid ID are approved methods of payment. Payment must be made in full the day of sale and items cannot be removed from the auction site until paid for. Location of the won item will not be given until paid in full.
Merchandise: All Items Are Sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITHOUT GUARANTEE. We urge you to examine all items carefully and satisfy yourself as to the condition and bid accordingly.
