* This is an online Auction for the Estate of Terry Rice. The auction includes many rare and unusual antiques, Furniture and household items. Mrs Rice and her Husband were collectors of Antique Furniture, Collectables and Fine Art from England, Scotland, Germany, Ireland, Egypt, and All ofer the World. Most every piece has a story and is pristine condition.
* Terms: Cash, Wire Transfer, Most Credit Card and Debit Cards. If over $500 Cash, Cashier's Check or Wire Transfer only accepted
* Auction Method: Online
* Preview: Online & _____________Nov 26 (Friday)_____10-2
* Bidding Period: Now thru _______Nov 28______ (Soft Close) Starts closing at 7pm CST
* Pickup: day after auction close ___Nov 29______10-4Pm. ___
Note: If fully paid by 3pm on Nov 29, we will allow an additional pickup day the next day.
* Terms: Cash, Wire Transfer, Most Credit Card and Debit Cards. If over $500 Cash, Cashier's Check or Wire Transfer only accepted
* Soft Close: We use a soft close method of closing. If any bid is within the last 3 minutes of auction close, bidding on that lot will be extended by 3 minutes.
* Holdover: We can hold your items only if fully paid for by 4pm day after auction, Cash / Wire / CC. (See our Storage Fees)
* Payment: Cash or Credit Card on site with a 3% discount on the BP for cash. Any invoice not settled by 4pm day after auction close will be charged to card on file.
* Declined Cards: There is a $35 service fee assessed for any card that is declined for any reason.
* Large Invoices: Auction company, may charge a deposit to a credit card and balance to be paid via Cash, Cashier's Check. or, Wire Transfer for sll amounts over $500.
* Loading: We do not have loading assistance available. If you have items that need machinery, please bring adequate equipment. Please bring your own boxes and packing material.
* Condition: You are buying As is, where is. Unless otherwise specified, we have not tested the item. In addition, if you buy an item "With Contents" You must take all the contents. Failure to do so will result in disposal fees to your account with us.
* Buyer's Premium: 15% with a 3% Discount for Cash
