Blizzard LLC Terms and Liabilities Waiver PAYMENT- You can pay in person via CASH or bidders can pay and pick up at the auction, on auction day or, on the Monday following the auction between 10 am and 4 pm at Aurora Transportation Services Inc All Vehicles MUST BE PICKED UP AND {AID FOR MY MONDAY NOVEMBER 22ND ALL WINNINGS MUST BE PAID FOR AND PICKED UP BY 4PM on the monday following the auction OR YOU WILL BE BANNED FROM ALL FUTURE AUCTIONS No payment or pickup times will be available Sunday. The Auctioneer chooses how late to accept payments on auction day. Typically until 6pm. On Monday, payment will be accepted between 10 am and 4 pm. If you need other arrangements, please contact us, arrangments are made on a case-by-case basis and are done at the sole discretion of Blizzard, LLC. Assumption of the Risk/Release All bidders and other entrants of Blizzard LLC and Aurora Transportation Services INC acknowledge that he/she are voluntarily participating in the auction. All individuals entering onto Blizzard LLC or Aurora Transportation Services Inc property agree and acknowledge that there are risks and hazards which may be present on the premises or within vehicles before, during or after the auction, which may result in physical injury. Injury to person or property may result from Bidder's or other's actions, inactions, negligence, or the condition of the auction location/facilities. All individuals entering onto the auction premises agree to assume all risks of participation in the auction, whether known or unknown, and in consideration for being allowed to participate in the auction, release from all liability and waive all rights to sue Blizzard LLC or Aurora Transportation and Services Inc, and their employees, officers, volunteers, agents and/or affiliates. Individuals entering Blizzard LLC or Aurora Transportation Services Inc for any auction further agree to defend and hold both Blizzard LLC and Aurora Transportation Services inc harmless from any and all claims, including claims of negligence, resulting in any loss or damage to property, physical injury, illness (including death), liabilities and costs, including attorney's fees, that any entrant, Bidder/s, Aurora Transportation and Services Inc and/or Blizzard LLC may suffer or which may result from participation in Blizzard LLC's auction, or any events incidental to the auction. All sales are FINAL. All lots are sold on a "AS IS, WHERE IS" basis, without warranties or guarantees expressed, implied, or promised on ALL vehicles sold. Each potential Buyer agrees that any vehicle being sold by Blizzard LLC is sold "as is" and that Blizzard LLC has not agreed to or promised any type of guarantee or warranty, whether expressly written or implied. The Buyer also agrees that Blizzard LLC shall not be responsible for any defects, repairs or other costs that may be associated with any vehicle being sold by Blizzard LLC to the Buyer. Bidder and Blizzard LLC agree that the terms of the sale of any vehicle purchased at this action does not contain any other commitments, covenants or promises other than those contained in these terms and conditions. Inspection Preview days will be held on the Thursday and Friday prior to the auction from noon until 4pm. Please utilize this inspection time. All vehicles are sold as is, where is, with no guarantees. We post as much information as possible on each vehicle, but we are human and mistakes do get made. We are not resposible or liable for any misprinted information. PLEASE UTILIZE INSPECTION DAYS!!! Please inspect the vehicles and auction list provided to you closely for year, make, model and condition before bidding. Your bid is final and irrevocable. The list provided is not guaranteed to be correct, it is your responsibility to verify all information. The List of vehicles provided is supplied for help with note taking and does not hold any guarantee as to condition including but not limited to; description, miles, keys or condition. No one is permitted to "rummage" through vehicles, when inspecting a vehicle you may only enter the drivers door to attempt to start the vehicle or verify mileage and other dash information. You may open other doors to inspect but may not touch or remove any items. Failure to follow the rules and instruction provided by Blizzard LLC or any of our staff will result in being banned from attending auctions with us. If you are attending our live auction please let us know If you have Pre-Registered online so you only have one bidder number. This makes check out much smoother and quicker for everyone.
