This last minute estate auction is full of all kinds of furniture and concrete garden decor. There is lots  of Christmas decorations still in totes. Dining room table and chairs, kitchen table and chairs, power lift chair, two couches, one love seat, end tables, washing machine and dryer, refrigerator, rear projection tv that works, gas fire place, Hargrove print, Nativity blow molds, solid wood bed room set, yard tools, wide assortment of hand tools, wide assortment of screwdrivers, wrenches, hammers, saws, drills and hardware. This home has a walk out basement for easy removal of the items in the basement. Once the auction is over you will be given two hours to remove all of your item from the house. 
Doors will open at 8am for registration. Auction will start at 9am. Look for signs on sale day. 
There is plenty of parking so bring your trailer.
