ESTATE SALE PURCHASES ARE ONLY CHARGED APPLICABLE SALES TAX! -There is a 13% Buyers Premium on your purchases at auction when you pay with a Debit, Mastercard, Visa, Amex or Discover Card. You will receive a 3% discount when paying with Cash or Check, and will only pay 10% Buyers Premium on your items. If this is an AUCTION, Everything will be sold to the Highest Bidder with No Reserves in a Live Auction Format. You will need a Drivers License to Register. There is a 10% Buyers Premium if you pay by cash or check, and a 13% Buyers Premium if you pay by credit card, added to your final bid price. We only accept Cash or Approved Check for Automobile/Trailer/Boat purchases or on anything with a title.

If This is an ESTATE SALE, the items in the home will be sold in a tag sale format, with items priced for purchase. Typically the first day prices are firm, unless you buy a significant amount of merchandise, and the second day prices are negotiable. We do not have a set mark down structure and use our judgement to determine what’s best for our sellers needs. We open the doors promptly at 9am, and do not allow presales beforehand. We also do not disclose prices prior to a sale. We do not have a list for entry, as we let everyone in at the same time, as they are lined up at opening time.
