LOCAL PICK UP IS FREE OF CHARGE. JUST FOLLOW PICK UP DATES AND TIMES.
SHIPPING WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR BILL AT THE END. A $5.00 PER LOT BOXING FEE WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR ORDER. PLUS SHIPPING FEE FROM USPS OR FED EX INSURED SHIPPING. DEPENDING ON THE AUCTION. SHIPPING TAKES TWO WEEKS AFTER WE DO A LOCAL PICK.LOCAL PICK UP IS USUALLY THE FOLLOWING WEEK. WE PACK AND SHIP IN HOUSE SO SOMETIMES IT TAKES A FEW DAYS LONGER SO PLEASE BE PATIENT. YOU WILL GET YOUR PACKAGES. THANK YOU.
ANY DAMAGE CLAIMS DURING SHIPPING WILL HAVE TO BE PLACED WITH USPS OR FED EX. WE WILL NOT HANDLE DAMAGED CLAIMS. SO PLEASE CALL THEM NOT US. BY BIDDING ON THIS AUCTION YOU ACCEPT ITEMS AS IS WHERE IS AND WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY ITEMS OR CONDITION AFTER SHIPPING.
IF WE HAVE TO STORE ITEMS FOR A LATER PICK UP AT YOUR REQUEST THERE WILL BE A $5.00 PER DAY HOLDING FEE. AFTER POSTED PICK UP DAY. WE NEED THE SPACE FOR INCOMMING AUCTIONS.
All buyers must have items picked up that day or make other arangments with me 402-230-0054. ITEMS THAT ARE NOT PICKED UP WILL STILL BE CHARGED TO YOU, AND THEN WILL BE DISCARDED IF NOT PICKED UP. BY PLACING YOUR FIRST BID YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS.
Non paying customers will be blocked form bidding in the future.
ALL ITEMS ARE AS WHERE IS.
1. Bidder accepts that a given item is satisfactory to them by bidding on item.
2. Absolutely all items are "as-is"..with no guarantees to suitability for any specific purpose.
3. Auction Company is not liable for any errors or ommisions, in listing.
4. Non paying bidders will be held liable for all charges to collect funds, and/or dispose of property purchased.
5. Auction Company reserves the right to demand Specific Forms of Payment for any Item from any bidder. IE cash, and or certified funds for specific items prior to shipping or delivery..Buyers shall be prepared to pay with funds specified by auction company at end of sale
6. this sale is not limited to these terms and all terms are listed on sale page.
BUYERS WITH BAD CARD INFORMATION OR DECLINED CARDS WILL BE CHARGED $25.00 SERVICE FEE FOR PAPER WORK AND HANDLING CHARGES OF PRODUCT. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION UP TO DATE WITH HI BID. IF WE HAVE TO CALL YOU FOR PAYMENT YOU WILL BE CHARGED THIS FEE.
