In addition to his/her deposit, buyers will be required to complete and sign their online bidding agreement and will be checked personally and with any of there affiliated Companies or LLC's, if they owe any delinquent Tioga County Taxes. If any delinquent taxes are owed they will not be accepted to bid Online or Onsite. Buyers will need to be approved and complete this agreement before their registration will be accepted. If the "online buyer" Purchases (1) or more properties, their wire transfer deposit will be applied toward their Tioga County Deposit and their Auctioneers fees. If there is a surplus in their deposit, to their required down payments, they would be refunded by Tuesday, October 12, 2021 at 12:00Noon.  If an online Buyer wires their deposit and makes no purchases their deposit would be returned in full by 12Noon on Tuesday, October 12, 2021.
