Terms: All items are AS-IS with no guarantees or warranties of any kind. All sales are final! Wisconsin Sales tax of 5.5% charged to all Wisconsin bidders (unless a resellers permit is presented). Winning bids will be charged a 10% buyers premium added to the bid. We accept cash, check, or credit card. Credit Cards will be charged an additional 3.5% fee for processing. For any total purchases exceeding $2000.00, we request payment via cashier's check or cash. Call 715.339.2097. All items must be paid in full before removal.
Items being shipped: We use UPS and USPS for shipping.
If you are having the item shipped you will be charged for shipping the item with the cost of shipping plus a $3 packaging fee for the first item and a $1 fee for each additional item above the cost of packaging material. If the item is large or needs additional handling (such as the large photographs), an additional handling fee will be charged. We do ship in-house for almost all items. We will also work with your third party shipper or pick up agent (within reason).
If you have a declined credit card, we will charge a $20 chase fee, unless you contact us with another form of payment within 24 hours (of decline) on business days.
If you are a no-show to the auction pick up, we will run your card and you forfeit the item(s). No Exceptions.

Kathy, a long time Phillips teacher, has sold her home and is moving.
Most of her items were very well kept.
The preview is on Saturday, September 18th from 10am to noon at 165 Fifield St. Phillips, WI 54555.
The auction ends on Sunday, September 19th with the first lots at 7pm.
The pickup is on Monday, September 20th from 11am to 5pm at 165 Fifield St. Phillips, WI 54555. 20 Outdoor Bistro Set | Metal Spring Rocking Chairs The table measures 28" d x 28" h. The chairs have light sun fading. The seat pads are nice, as Katherine kept them inside. 21 Entryway Rug | Green Red Block This measures 36" x 24". It is used, but usable. 22 Very Fine Wicker Arm Chair w/ Seat Pad The table measures 29" x 18" x 38"h. This is in very nice condition and was kept in the 3 seasons room. This matches lot 23 and 24. 23 Very Fine Wicker Arm Chair w/ Seat Pad The table measures 29" x 18" x 38"h. This is in very nice condition and was kept in the 3 seasons room.
