Bidder Registration: Legacy Auction Services, Inc Reserves the Right to refuse service to any bidders for any reason(s). All bidders are required to be registered and provide a valid credit card upon registration. If a bidder does not show up for a pick-up during the designated time or make shipping arrangements before the end of the pick-up window, That Bidder's Bidding Rights will be discontinued for any future Auctions conducted by Legacy Auction Services, Inc. Buyers Contract: All items are sold "AS-IS", "where-is" with no warranty or guarantee of any kind. A bid is a legal binding contract. Buyers are responsible for honoring their purchases and payment is expected in full immediately at the Close of the Auction or before leaving the premises with your items if agreed to by Legacy Auction Services, Inc. Auction Closing Schedule: Unless otherwise noted, each online auction closes two (2) items per minute, unless a bid is made within the final three (3) minutes, then the listed item will automatically be extended for an additional (3) minutes. Bid Increments: Bid increments are as follows; $1 increments up to $10.00 $2 increments up to $24.00 $5 increments up to $100.00 $10 increments up to $500.00 $25 increments up to $1000 $50 increments up to $3000 $100 increments up to $5000 $250 increments up to $10,000 $500 increments up to $20,000 Payment: We Will Process all Credit/Debit Cards On File with your Bidder Registration Immediately Following the Close of the Online Auction. We will add a 15% buyer's premium to each invoice and State of Ohio customers also charged 6.50% sales tax, County of Lorain. Merchandise Pick-up: Pick-up location will be posted on the winning bidder's invoice along with the prescribed pickup time. If you cannot make the pick-up time DO NOT BID! No merchandise will be removed from a location or transferred to another location unless paid in full. Failure to Pick-Up or Pay for Merchandise: If a buyer fails to contact the Auction Manager or show up to pick up their items they will immediately lose bidding privileges. Bidding privileges will only be reinstated when the buyer pays all invoices in full whether or not the merchandise is still available to the buyer. A $10.00 disposal fee may be added to the invoice total. Transfer of Merchandise: If a seller agrees to transfer an item for an alternative pick up it is the responsibility of the buyer to arrange pick-up within ten (10) business days. We will not call and remind you. After ten (10) business days the items will be considered abandoned and forfeited and become the property of the seller. Inspection of Merchandise: All sales are Final No returns! Please inspect your items closely before leaving the property. We do our best to provide descriptions of an accurate nature; therefore it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact us with any questions on an item. Untested Merchandise: We cannot test all items; therefore, items sold as "Untested" are sold AS-IS with no warranties expressed or implied. Shipping: Legacy Auction Services, Inc. will only ship items at Bidder's expense that are small enough to be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or Flat Rate Boxes. An additional $5.00 handling fee will be added to each box. When possible, we will combine shipments into one package when multiple items are won by the same bidder. Fragile items, items that weigh over 25lbs., or items that will not fit in a 16½" x 14½" x 12" box will need to be picked up or shipping can be done by a Professional Shipper/Packer at Bidder's Expense. Please contact the auction company if you need a list of Professional Shippers in our area. Buyer must notify the auction company if they plan to use a Professional Shipper/Packer and Buyer is responsible for making their own shipping arrangements with the Professional Shipper/Packer . All packages being shipped by the auction company will be shipped with insurance equivalent to the hammer price.
