All items are sold 'As-is Where-is' with no guarantees of any kind. All sales are final and no returns are allowed for any reason. 3. All invoices must be paid in full 24 hours from end of auction. At the end of auction the credit card that you used to register your online account with will be charged. If for any reason payment is unable to be processed with this card your account could be suspended. To reinstate your account, full payment for your outstanding invoice, a $20 service charge and any other applicable charges or fees must be paid. Credit Card is the only accepted method of payment. 4. This means providing your own truck, packing materials, boxes, bags, and labor/help to load your own vehicle. All items must be picked up at the specific times stated above per the Terms and Conditions. Unless you have made specific arrangements with Irene Auction LLC prior to conclusion of auction, there will be a $20 per day, per lot charge on any items not picked up in the allotted time frame. These fees will be charged to your credit card on file every day for 7 calendar days and after 7 calendar days, your items will be considered forfeited and may be sold again at a future sale or discarded based on Irene Auction LLC discretion. All storage fees will apply and be charged even if the items have been considered forfeited. 9. There is a 15% fee added to the hammer price of all lots online (includes 10% buyer premium & 5% credit card surcharge). 10. All of our online only auctions are conducted using staggered closing times. That means every minute a select number of lots will close. The closing of an item means it is a scheduled time that bidding should end on that particular lot. This auction is scheduled to close 3 items per minute. 11. All of our online only auctions are conducted using a soft close. This means even if an item is scheduled to close at a particular time, if someone places a bid in the last two minutes, two minutes will be added to the scheduled close time for that particular lot. The time extension will continue to occur every time a bid is placed until there are at least two minutes with no additional bids. 12. Auctioneer cannot, and will not, be held responsible for any interruption in service, errors, and/or omissions, caused by any means and does not guarantee continual, uninterrupted or error free service or use of the Site.
