This auction is of commercial property located at 1765 US HWY 17 in Williamston, NC. This property, currently used as a auto repair facility, is 0.7+/- acres with approximately 250' of road frontage with (2) driveways on the major 4-lane divided hwy. The property is adjacent to and immediately south of the Feyer Ford car dealership. The approximate 30'x60' masonry building contains (3) work bays and an office area. In addition to the concrete drives and large concrete parking and working areas there is a large cleared grassy are to the right of the building. It appears that this could have been constructed as a service station but we do not have any information or make any representation as to any existence or conditions of underground storage tanks or current enviromental status.
