All invoices with a total due of $250 or less will automatically be charged to your card on file. You will receive an email reflecting your payment as soon as it is processed.

— A 2% handling fee applies to determine the selling price on all equipment regardless of bid price. —

— An 8% handling fee applies to determine the selling price on all equipment selling for $2,500 or less. This fee will be combined with the 2% fee indicated above, for a total of 10% on all items selling for $2,500 or less.–

An additional 3% handling fee will be added to all credit card payments.

“Buyer Premiums” or “Handling Fees” such as those indicated above may vary by auction or sale and will be indicated throughout the bidding or buying process. If this element is unclear or not apparent, please inform us.

All personal and company checks are subject to approval and will be documented by photo id. New bidders (those without a positive Booker Auction purchase history) will need a statement from their financial institution confirming their ‘good standing’ plus driver’s license and viable credit card.

NOTE! No items may be removed until satisfactory payment has been made! Seller and/or Booker Auction Co. reserves the right to maintain possession of any item sold until funds (checks, drafts, or purchase orders) are verified.

Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not offered as every item is sold ‘as is’ (as stated above) and all bidders or buyers are encouraged to conduct their own inspections of items prior to bidding or buying. We make no guarantees or warranties of any kind regarding the condition, longevity, or usefulness of any item being offered for sale.

Restocking fees will apply in instances that restocking occurs.

All advertising information was obtained from sources deemed reliable. Although every precaution has been taken to assure accuracy, the seller and Booker Auction Co., shall not be liable for errors and/or omissions. Booker Auction Co. does not represent or guarantee any item's functionality, year, size, miles, or hours. Booker Auction Co. is not responsible for any missing or incorrect lot description.

It is the bidder’s responsibility to conduct all inspections on consignments prior to bidding.

Booker Auction Co. may, under certain conditions, bid on behalf of the seller, lienholder, and/or pre-approved absentee buyers.

All items immediately become the responsibility of the purchaser after being sold.

Booker Auction Co. is not responsible for accidents.

By registering to bid or attempting to bid at our sales or auctions, bidder/buyer agrees to sale terms as well as these terms and conditions, be they as is, amended, or modified by text or speech at any time before items are sold.

Titled Vehicle Buyers

All purchasers are required to provide titling instructions and required information prior to issuing of a trip permit or ePermit (i.e. DOT#, UBI #, Fed Tax ID, Tax Exemptions, MC#, etc.)
No Titled equipment will be allowed to leave the auction location without a trip permit and/or ePermit being issued and signed by the registered purchaser (be this in person or via FedEx/USPS).
Booker Auction Company will not be liable for any processing fees, customs fees, port fees and/or delivery of purchased items from point-of-sale fees or any other fees not heretofore listed.
There will be a negotiable $150 Documentary Services fee added to the purchase of all titled equipment.

All purchases must be paid in full and removed no later than 7 days after the auction closes. You are authorizing Booker Auction Company to charge the credit card on file after 5 days for unpaid purchases. Any items that are left on Booker Auction property or Sellers Property after 30 Days are subject to forfeiture by the purchaser, becoming Johnson's property to dispose of at their discretion.
