Titles will be mailed to buyer via certified mail within 14 business days of items being paid for and picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS. STAGGERED/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:00m CDT at a rate of 4 lots per minute. The closing time of each lot will be automatically extended an additional 1 minute whenever a bid is placed within the last 3 minutes of any lot. SHIPPING & HANDLING: No Shipping Available on This Auction! LOAD OUT: Winning Bidders must pick their items up during the specified load out times. Load Out will be held on Friday, August 27th from 11:00 - 1:00 PM CDT ONLY... NO EXCEPTIONS! Any items left after the specified load out date will be considered forfeited and your credit card will be charged for the items. We will not be offering any additional load out dates or times. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own packing materials, labor, tools & moving equipment. Charleen recently passed away and we listed her home in McCook for sale. Her home sold quickly and is set to close the 1st part of September so now we have put together an online auction to sell the contents of her home. This is a very small auction and consists of your typical household items from furniture to basic household items. Everything is very clean and well taken care of.
