If you're reading this, out newest auction is online.  These lots are all part of a single estate in North Sewickley.  We really do have a little bit of everything here.  There's housewares, furniture, sporting goods galore, pottery and much more!  If you're into fishing, you'll be in heaven.  We have tons of lots of poles, reels, tackle, tackle boxes an even a hand built kayak.   We've got some really cool vintage drafting/surveying items too.    The home is a charming 100 year old farm style house which will be on the market. If you're interested, we can put you in touch with the consignors who will be there on pick up day.   As usual, we accept cash, in state check or card for payment.  There is a 3% service charge for cards.  If we left this up to to the dog and the chickens, they'd accept Slim Jims and sunflower seeds as payment which is why they aren't in charge. 

A few notes on housekeeping, we will send the address to the winning bidders.  Please follow our directions, the house isn't really difficult to find, but it can be a tad tricky with just your GPS.  There is ample parking available on site.  We do ask that you be considerate of other bidders by not parking in the middle of the driveway.  We also ask that you not park all over the lawn.  Parking on certain areas of the law is OK (by the outbuildings)  As always, we ask that you use caution when removing items from the house.  We will be available to help you, however, you may need to wait a bit.  You're welcome to bring your own help along.  We will have a dolly, but if you prefer to bring your own, that's fine. We just ask that you be mindful of any potential damage you could do to the home.  It is a family home and the consignors are preparing it for sale.  Again, the house is 100 years old, we'd like to leave it slightly better than we found it. 

A note on pick up day, pick up is normally scheduled for the Saturday after the auction ends.  If you can't be present that day, you may send someone in your place, this is never a problem.  We will not haul or store anything for anyone, so if you can't come and you don't have someone who can, please don't bid.  

On item location: Items are dispersed throughtout the house (top floor, main floor, basement) and within two outbuildings.  There is access to the outside from the basement.  There are no stairs leading up to the outbuildings. 

On shipping:  When indicated, we will ship items.  Shipped items do not ship out on pick up day.  We must remove, package, weigh and ship them.  This takes time when only two of us handle it.  I've tried to teach the dog how to ship, but she can't quite get the hang of it.  We won't even try to teach the chickens, they eat the packing peanuts.  Our shipping fees are actual fees from the carrier.  We generally go with the cheapest of the big three unless the buyer indicates a preference.   We charge a $5 handling fee because we do a lot of handling when we have to ship items.  If you require shipping, please let us know before pick up day.  We are willing to ship to an address that is not buyer's address as long as we know in advance.  Also, and this next part is very important as indicated by the bold: If you are asking for shipping, please do not pay the first invoice we send you, we will send out a second invoice with your shipping and handling charges included, please pay this one.   We do this to save you money since you won't be charged the additional 3% twice.  We like making money, we just prefer to come by it honestly.
