These units appear to contain household goods and furniture, most household goods are in boxes or bins, so unable identify, however included are couches, bedroom furniture, mattresses, baby furniture, dining room furniture, end tables, army memorabilia, kitchen items, home office items, antique hutch, sofa table, antique drop leaf tables, antique dolls, misc. craft/jewelry making supplies, records, pictures and prints, framed art, area rugs, industrial style pub table w/ stools. 
 
TERMS

·         13% Buyer's Premium is in Effect for Every Sale, 3% Discount on Buyer’s Premium for Cash or Check.

·         Sales Tax is charged on each sale unless otherwise stated.

·         Proper State Issued Identification is required for registration.

·         All Invoices MUST be paid at the conclusion of the sale. NO EXCEPTIONS.

·         Payment: We accept Cash, Check (personal or company), Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

·         There is a $35.00 service fee on all Returned Checks.

·         Removal for each sale varies.

·         All items are sold As Is, Where Is based on your own inspection. No warranties or guarantees given. You are responsible for any rem
